 Cab:(Easy, more expensive than Ecovia and Other)
Quito’s cabs are well regulated, although some “clever” cab drivers take advantage of foreigners by charging them extra or giving them some extra turns before the final destination. Always pay attention as you get on, the driver has to turn on the meter at $0.35. If not, just say “Taxímetro por favor”, and if not just get down or bargain. (Except at night when meters are not used).
Short indications:
Take a cab and ask for Colon and 6 de Diciembre. We are located right in the corner on the south-north direction of 6 de Diciembre.

- Mariscal ($1.00 USD, you are at walking distance from here, $1 USD is the minimum fare)
- City Center ($3 - $4 USD, the meter would be around $3.5 USD depending on traffic)
- Mall el Jardin ($1.50 USD)
- Capilla del Hombre ($1.50 USD)
- Teleferico ($4 - $6 USD, you are pretty far away here, the meter would be around $3.50 USD)
- Quicentro ($2 USD, the meter would be around $1.50 USD)
- Megamaxi (Same as Quicentro)
