Nightlife in Quito has a taste for everyone. You can have a good time in the Amazonas area, where there are several restaurants, clubs and pubs. Most places have special offers during weeknights and almost all of them offer a cover free entry for women, and sometimes for men also, before 10 30 p.m. . Our EC STRAP program, gets you some free drinks and no cover fee in some of Quito’s most known clubs, bars and pubs.
Scattered throughout the rest of the city you will find more clubs, if you’re into night clubbing. The music is varied in most places, from salsa to electronic music; you will surely find something you like here. However, like in most night clubs in the world, they won’t let you in if they think that you are not properly dressed.
If you are looking for a more relaxed kind of place, you can always go to a “Café Concierto” where live bands play almost every night and sometimes they have dancing shows or invited guest musicians. | |
