 Gastronomy
Food from the Manabi region is our favorite. The sea delights you can try here are by far, in our opinion, the best ones there are. Food is based entirely on sea food, but it is not hard to find meat dishes or vegetarian ones.
Puerto Lopez is still a small village with a good variety of food. However, there is only one place we personally recommend. A small restaurant called Spondylus, right next to our diving operations partner Exploramar Diving on the Malecon. Ask for Ricardo, he is a friendly guy that will more than willingly make you feel at home. Make sure to ask for your EC STRAP discount. | |
